Service Department
Our Repairs are done in-house by Mr. Nafok Chan who has been repairing and adjusting survey equipment for more than 20 years. He is qualified to repair or adjust virtually any instrument on the market and factory trained on Nikon and Topcon. Our rates are competitive and there's no minimum charge.
Product Support
First Order offers complete Technical Support and training of all the products we carry. Our
Suppliers also offer excellent Support Services
Payment Options
At First Order you can purchase on credit with 30-day payment terms OAC. We also accept Visa and Master Card, American Express and bank debit cards. First Order also provides in-house and second party leasing. Rates are available on request.
Rentals and Rental Purchase
First Order also rents anything that we sell. Our rates are competitive and we have a huge inventory of new equipment available for rental. No minimum rental charge. Rental Purchase options are part of every rental contract.
Human Resources Consulting: We offer recruitment services in the surveying and engineering fields in Canada and the US.
